Welcome to RAHA. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders

All orders placed through RAHA are subject to acceptance, product availability, and successful order verification.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we detect suspected fraudulent activity, incorrect customer information, an inventory error, incorrect pricing, a technical issue, or any other issue that prevents us from fulfilling the order correctly.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and order information at checkout.

2. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without prior notice.

If a product is accidentally listed at an incorrect price, RAHA reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order.

3. Payments

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Easypaisa

  • Bank Transfer

Orders paid through Bank Transfer or Easypaisa will be processed after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information when required.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

RAHA offers customized and personalized products according to customer requirements.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming all customization details before production begins, including:

  • T-shirt size

  • Product color

  • Artwork or design

  • Spelling and text

  • Print placement

  • Front, back, or front-and-back printing requirements

Once production of a customized product has started:

  • The order cannot be cancelled.

  • The customized product cannot be returned.

  • The customized product cannot be exchanged.

An exception may apply if the product arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is materially different from the customization details confirmed by the customer.

5. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Different screen and display settings

  • Lighting conditions in product photography

  • Manufacturing tolerances

  • Printing processes

  • The customized nature of certain products

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions and our Size Guide carefully before placing an order.

6. Product Availability

Products, sizes, colors, and designs are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your cart does not guarantee availability until the order has been successfully confirmed.

RAHA reserves the right to discontinue or modify products, colors, sizes, designs, or other product options at any time.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delivery may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are encouraged to review the policy before placing an order, particularly when purchasing customized or personalized products.

9. Intellectual Property

All RAHA-owned content on this website, including the RAHA name, logo, original product photographs, original designs, graphics, written content, and other original materials, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission from RAHA.

Any third-party trademarks, artwork, characters, brand names, or other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms grants RAHA or any customer ownership rights over intellectual property belonging to a third party.

Customers submitting artwork, logos, photographs, text, or other material for custom printing are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.

RAHA reserves the right to refuse a custom printing request where there are reasonable concerns regarding intellectual property rights, unlawful content, or inappropriate material.

10. Website Use

You agree not to use our website or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of our website.

We reserve the right to restrict access to our Services where misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RAHA will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

RAHA will not be liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, severe weather, public holidays, technical interruptions, government restrictions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
